Challenge – Coordinating and managing the client’s execution of a 1031 exchange, focusing on value-added opportunities.

Action – Researched and analyzed opportunities that met the client’s investment goals.  Contacted prospective buyers looking for investment properties.

Results – Located a fantastic commercial site and strong prospective tenants.  Negotiated a long-term build to suit, a NNN deal.  The client executed a 1031 exchange, STNL deal and achieved a 20% return on exchange equity.  Successfully deferred taxes, grew the client’s equity, and gained passive income for the client.
